WLOX-TV - The News for South Mississippi: Katrina Victim "Will" Identified As Pass Christian Man: "Coroner Gary Hargrove made a big announcement Friday morning on WLOX News. One of the two unknown Katrina victims has been identified.
The man known as 'Will' has now been identified as James L. Blair, a 78-year-old male. He lived on Hurricane Circle in Pass Christian."
