Haley Barbour said Friday at the opening of his three-day Recovery Expo. He said although a computer glitch put the Mississippi Development Authority four or five days behind, most grants will still go out this month."

It's driving me crazy now. I swear I think it would have been better for all of us if they had never told us about any grant programs and would just surprise us with checks maybe. The back and forth is torture.
I agree .. the "red tape" is stramgling everybody.
