Oh that's exciting! What great news!
The article doesn't focus a whole lot on storm protection -- but those improvements will most likely help quite a bit with storm surge, too.
My only concern is the $1 million. I hope that they really got a great deal or something... Cause if the rates were as high as what contractors are charging people to repair homes... $1 million wouldn't make it down all of Beach Boulevard. :)
