One woman is dead and a Gulfport man is in custody, in connection with her death. Saturday morning sounds of gunfire shattered the peace in a Gulfport neighborhood. Gulfport police responded to a shooting complaint at a home on 107 Deanna Street at around 3:40 this morning and found Heather Hanchett, a 23 year old white female from Louisiana lying in the front yard unresponsive and suffering from a gunshot would to the chest. "
