WLOX-TV - The News for South Mississippi: Lead Singer of Flyleaf Returns Home for Concert in Biloxi: "'We're playing in the coliseum where I saw concerts when I was a kid in high school and would have never thought I'd be here, and here I am today.'
As lead singer of FlyLeaf, Lacey Mosley now finds herself greeting adoring fans and performing with a rock band who's self-titled debut album just went gold.
But the road to success for this lead singer was not always paved in gold. She says her band not only writes and plays about the struggles they've experienced in life, but hope they were able to find hope in the process of going through those struggles.
'We can't come together with fake faces on and play a show that's honest. We won't do it.'"
