Unknown said...: Am I the only one getting really confused by all this? MEMA and the State of Florida are being reimbursed for ice and water and baby diapers... That's where that stuff came from? Did any of this come from FEMA?; 5:08 PM
Ruth said...: Where have I been to still think that we were being helped because of kindness. They were reimbursed? I recall us driving to Mobile in my car because yall's flooded and we bought four bags of ice and by the time we got back home we had the equivalent of one left when it melted. Also we came in on fumes as we couldn't get gas.; 7:29 PM
